- Inclusive movements adapted to all fitness levels — no experience needed
- A mix of mobility training, strength-building, flexibility, balance work, and hand-eye coordination drills
- Focused guidance from Harvey Nakamoto Jr., an experienced movement coach with deep roots in therapeutic training.
